EnergySmart is a registered provider of the Government's Warm Up New Zealand: Heat Smart Programme and can supply & install subsidised insulation and clean-heating appliances throughout New Zealand.

Healthy Homes Projects

By working closely with a range of community and government organisations such as local councils, local District Health Boards (DHBs), energy trusts, power companies, Work & Income New Zealand (WINZ), in some regions we deliver free or heavily subsidised home insulation projects called Healthy Homes projects. These projects are designed to make retrofit insulation more affordable for low-income families or families who have health-related conditions such as asthma.

Warm Greater Wellington

Greater Wellington Regional Council  is offering you an alternative to purchase insulation and/or clean heat. It is offered to all ratepayers in conjunction with the Warm Up New Zealand: Heat Smart programme.

Heat Smart Hawke's Bay

Heat Smart Hawke’s Bay assists ratepayers with the cost of fitting ceiling and underfloor insulation and replacing non-compliant burners and open fires. Funding is open to homeowners with properties built before 2000 and options include a non-repayable grant or a loan which is repaid through the property’s rates over 10 years.
