As the country excluding Auckland and above moves to COVID-19 alert level 2, we are now able to operate with special precautions in place.
If you had an appointment or installation booked while we were at alert level 4 and you are in region that has moved to alert level 3 then our customer services team will be in touch to get you booked back in.
In the meantime, please see below for how we are currently operating and what precautions are in place.
Under level 2 – New Zealand excluding Auckland
We will be taking special precautions and will be following the Government’s in-home health and safety measures.
• Social distancing of 2m
• We will be wearing a mask
•You will also be called within 24 hours of your assessment to reconfirm it is safe for the assessment to continue.
We will be checking you are still happy for us to visit, if you are not, we completely understand and are more than happy to reschedule your appointment to another time. If you are happy to proceed with your appointment, we will be asking the following questions:
• If anyone in your house is required to be in self-isolation?
• Has anyone in the house recently been in contact with COVID-19?
• Does anyone in your household have any COVID-19 symptoms?
• Has anyone in your household been to a place of interest, at a time of interest?
Unfortunately, if the answer is yes to any of the above, we will need to reschedule your appointment.
Under level 4 – Auckland
Under alert level 4, we are unable to operate. If you have an installation or an assessment booked with us during alert level 4, we will be in touch once alert levels change to get you booked back in.
