Cancellations and refunds
EnergySmart will provide a refund to any customer that requests it, so long as this refund is requested prior to the installation of any products.
EnergySmart will replace or repair of any defective Product subject to any claims having been made in writing by the customer as soon as the customer has become aware of such defective product, as long as it is in the warranty timeframe.
Supply and install time frame
EnergySmart supply and install heat pumps and insulation. The customer’s install will take place no later than 8 weeks after receiving a deposit from the customer. The sales assessor will advise you of the timeframe on the day they provide the quote.
There are no additional charges beyond the supply and install price which the customer is quoted.
